HomesHarbor View Homes Neighborhorhood consists of more than 1100 homes that were built in three phases (the last one was Seawind). The homes were built by the Bren Company between 1969 and 1974. Original prices started at $27,900 on leased land. Style of Homes There are 6 original models which vary from approximately 1,450 to 2,500 square feet on lot sizes of 5,900 to 14,000 square feet.
